“Literally the best investment I made for my business. Wish I started the process with RDA earlier!!”
“This is the second time I am working with RDA and I am very happy with the level of service provided by them. All my customers have complimented on the new website design. The migration from BigCommerce to Shopify was very smooth and RDA handled the entire process end to end. Overall 5 stars for knowledge, communication and service delivery.”
“RDA is a true professional team—courteous, patient, prompt, and reliable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole process seamless. I am looking forward to working with them on future projects. Highly recommended!”
“This my Third time working with RDA and everytime they deliver exceptional performance.”
“The team at Ruby Digital was amazing! I have worked with several other firms but have found a long term partner here. RDA did exactly what you want from a partner, they brought things to me I did not know to ask for. My site was migrated properly from another provider. The new site looks and functions better with all historical data maintained as well. Since the migration they have taken on smaller maintenance and upgrade items always at a fair price. RDA made us feel like they were a part of the team and our goals were their goals.”
“RDA was awesome and is always responsive! They helped us with a migration, plus have helped with small code upgrades and are reasonably priced, delivering quality work.”
“RDA got right on my project and delivered it quickly and was easy to work with. They are top notch professionals that know what needs to be done and listened closely to my goals and delivered faster than I expected.”
“I have used RDA for many years and the team continues to offer a service above and beyond my expectations.”
“I had delayed converting our older system to Shopify for quite some time. The transition felt complex, and I had several operational concerns that needed clear answers before moving forward. I scheduled a consultation with Ruby Digital Agency. During our discussion, we reviewed each concern in detail. RDA listened carefully, took thorough notes, and explained how the team would address every point. The approach was structured and practical. Many firms agree to everything in order to close a deal. Ruby Digital Agency took a different path. When new issues surfaced that we had not previously discussed, the team presented solutions, outlined options, and created a clear plan to resolve them. Every step included defined actions and timelines. The quality of their work has been outstanding. The Shopify conversion was handled with precision, and the communication throughout the process was consistent and clear. Since the migration, Ruby Digital has completed custom development work for our store, and the results have exceeded expectations. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and the professionalism of the entire team. I strongly recommend Ruby Digital Agency to any business considering starting, changing, or needing custom development work for a Shopify. This is the company to use.”
“RDA has been exception in recreating our website and adding all the features we needed. RDA is great to work with and know know their stuff.”
“RDA set up a Zapier integration between one of their partners that did not have a direct integration. RDA was very timely and professional, followed through fully until the job was complete. Very happy with our experience with them.”

“Working with RDA has been amazing. We migrated from Magento to shopify and as you can imagine (after being with Magento for over a decade) it was a high stress event. RDA made it easy. Always had a smile. They were great to communicate with. Worked out of hours for us when needed. We couldn't have picked a better agency to work with (and I say that from the point of view of having A LOT of experience working with agency's that didn't deliver on their promises in a timely manner).”
“RDA has been amazing. Did a full transfer from BigCommerce to Shopify Plus and theme customization. A+ to work with thanks again.”
“RDA handled a full migration from Opencart to Shopify of our d2c operations and handled both front end design and back end functionality. They were a joy to work with, communicated clearly and in a timely fashion, and delivered a store which just achieved a record month of sales.”

“RDA are professionals and easy to work with. RDA delivered the order quickly and answered various questions throughout the process.”
“I was very reluctant to migrate from Big Commerce to Shopify until I met the team at Ruby Digital Agency. I spoke with RDA several times and finally made the switch. Ruby migrated all of products, collection pages, key customer data, orders, created redirects and customized a premium theme within three weeks of releasing the migration. Upon launching Ruby was monitoring the site for 404's and other technical issues. Our migration was successful, and we will definitely be working with RDA again soon.”
“RDA was patient, helpful, friendly and professional throughout the process. We are delighted with our new Shopify store which was converted from Opencart.”
“Working with Ruby Digital Agency has been an absolute game-changer for our business! We recently migrated our online store from Magento to Shopify, a process that can feel overwhelming and complicated. RDA made it seamless by helping us craft a clear, effective migration strategy. But RDA's support didn't end there; even after the migration, RDA has been there to tackle any challenges we've faced on the Shopify platform. When Shopify support couldn't provide the answers, RDA was our go-to, offering solutions that kept our business running smoothly. Their expertise and dedication to helping us succeed on this new platform have been invaluable. We couldn't have done it without them and highly recommend Ruby Digital Agency to anyone considering a similar transition. Thank you, RDA, for making a daunting task manageable and even enjoyable!”
“I worked with Ruby Digital Agency on migrating our site backend from BigCommerce to Shopify. I had a lot of anxiety about all the little unknowns that might come up in this process, but RDA put me at ease and handled everything proactively – the migration was painless! Working with Ruby Digital felt like this: "I don't need to worry about micromanaging the process. These guys have got everything covered."”
“I've worked with RDA several times now, and they never fail to deliver high quality and value! We always discuss exactly what I'm trying to do, and then they develop just the right solution!”
“This is neither the first nor the last time I've been completely satisfied with RDA's service. I'll keep hiring them as long as they want to help!”
“RDA is a rare gem! There has been NO time when I asked a question and they didn't know the answer. Some of the answers involved advice on Shopify plugins to solve my specific problem, and as a result, I now have automated product reviews and an AI chatbot to take some of the Q&A load off of me, a solopreneur with a full time job elsewhere. I can't recommend them highly enough!”
“Ruby Digital Agency made our redesign super easy. RDA took the time to fully understand our industry needs and delivered on every need. I would not hesitate advising anyone to partner with this company!!”
“RDA helped me move my shop from a Wordpress-based independent provider to Shopify. When I say, "helped me," you should translate that to, "they did all the work quickly, seamlessly, and at very reasonable prices. They have since also helped me save money with a money-saving recommendation on where my domain was registered and quickly resolved an annoying pop-up form issue. We're now waiting for the domain transfer to complete, after which they'll help me migrate my email service to an independent provider, and then help me set up a support system for my newly-launched product. Their past work was done quickly, efficiently, and at very reasonable prices, and I have every confidence that these projects will conclude the same day. That I keep coming back for different projects requiring different skills should be an obvious indicator of RDA's competency, and an obvious positive signal to anyone considering hiring this agency. My advice: Do it! You won't be disappointed! I can't afford to hire RDA or anyone else at this phase in my start-up's journey, but If I could, I would. Until then, they will continue to be my private-contractor IT team!”
